Welcome to Quarry Mining LLC. Here’s a bit of history about our company, employees, and commitment to our clients.

We have been in this business of designing, fabricating, installing mineral processing plants and bulk handling systems since 1975. We specialise in the GCC countries, the MENA region, and some areas of Africa. Operation in the UAE started in 2002. Our activity back then was limited to supplying and installing major crushing and screening plants for quarries. 

Since then, Quarry Mining is certified for quality management with ISO Certificate 9001:2015, for environmental management with ISO Certificate 14001:2015, for health & safety by ISO 45001:2018 and for fab­rication standards by ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-1 EXC1-2 & EN 1090-2 EXC1-2 from the German Technical Inspection Association TÜV Rhineland/Germany, and includes the continuous integration of all upgrades which allow Quarry Mining to use CE Mark for their products, provided all conditions of been strictly followed. At moment we undergo certification by German Institute for EN 1090-2 EXC-3 for highest quality in steel fabrication and welding works. A company-wide cross-departmental ERP software system was introduced in 2014 and replaced by a more advanced version in 2020/2021.

The Quarry Mining team consists of approximately 150 professional engineers and technicians. They are experts who offer a complete value chain, managing turn-key plant projects from beginning to end.

As a leader in this industry, our clients rely on us to deliver the highest quality in everything we do. Clients receive total support, including technical assistance for all phases of development to all areas of the operation. The goal is to meet all client expectations and objectives through professional standards and teamwork.

Quarry Mining can furnish everything for a turn-key mineral processing plant, including feasibility studies, necessary material handling equipment, mining, bulk handling, and ship loading activities. Clients can upgrade existing systems with ERP software for better operational management and profitability.

After start-up and handover, we provide support with after-sales service that lasts a lifetime. Another advantage is our dedicated German supply partners, who supply OEM quality parts, machines, and excellent service. As a result, our clients experience a 98% production uptime.
