Description: Crushing & Screening plant Designed by QM for feed of 3500 t/h limestone 0-400mm to produce 2800 t/h of 0-5/5-10/10-20/20-32mm. Existing of 2 Grizzly screens, 11 screens, chute work, silos, 6 KLEEMANN impact crushers and about 60 conveyors with STIEBEL GearMotors. Steel Structure, chute work and Conveyors been engineered , manufactured and installed by QM.

Description: 1400 meter downhill land conveyor with 3000/3300 t/h capacity for pre crushed lime stone. All gearmotors are from STIEBEL Germany. Complete system with PLC controls been designed by QM Engineering Department. Belt will be slowed down through frequency control system, to adjust speed. The potential energy is utilized while the conveyor belts are breaking regeneratively and the energy gained is fed back into the power grid. Total installation power for conveyor system = 2,200 KW

Barge Loader

Description: Installation of Jetty conveyor with tripper car to feed 2000 t/h barge loader with rock aggregates, mainly of size 0-5mm /5-10mm and 10-20mm. Conveyor length is 197.6 meters and length of tripper car is 33 meters, allowing feeding barges, small ships at a length of 140 meters. The unit is powered with 2 STIEBEL Gearmotors, each 75 KW. Jetty conveyor with tripper car and barge loader is travelling alongside the berth in order to load small ships and barges.

Description: 1400t/h crushing & screening plant for limestone processing with KLEEMANN primary and secondary crushers, and KLEEMANN screens and filter plant of FAV VOLLERT KG designed and erected in cooperation with the client. That plant is producing 1400 t/h in 2 shift operation (22 hours a day). All steel work, Conveyors (approx 98-0 meters) with STIEBEL GearMotors and all the chutes have been designed and manufactured by QM.
