QUARRY MINING LLC did develop various type of single conveyor in light execution for low capacity but also in medium execution for our standard plants and in heavy execution for special application.

Our conveyors have width of 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400 and 1600mm while there is maximum flexibility for length. Capacity is up to the demand of the project and usually range from 10 t/h up to 5000 t/h. All conveyors are of highest quality, steel frame with prime coat after sand blasting and usually 2 ply paint coat of best quality, while most frames are hot dip galvanized.

All quarry mining conveyor belts are manufactured based on our own design and manufacturing drawings, following EURO Code standards. Sidewinder conveyor design software is used to support accurate calculation. This supported by statically calculation (wind load are covered, not others like earth quake) by Finite Element Modeling (FEM) software and by 2D and 3D parametric CAD applications like AutoCAD, Inventor and Structure Detailing. Planning of chute design is supported by Discrete Element Modeling (DEM) software.

QUARRY MINING LLC is ISO 9001:2008 certified and follow strict these quality standards.

Specification of used materials for mechanical components:

Idler rollers and return idler rollers are European made, best quality (the bearings of our rollers are calculated for a life time of 50,000 to 70,000 hours). With multiple labyrinth sealing system (dust and splash water proof!)
All roller stations built in QUARRY + MINING design, incl. clamp plates + return brackets, are galvanized.

Drums made according to European design. All drive drums with 10 mm rubber coating. Industrial manufacturing. All drums are calibrated

Rubber belts. Recommended quality for conveyors: Fabric type Grade DIN-X, moulded edge. We purchase rubber belts mainly from NILOS, Germany – manufactured by NILOS, India or for equal “high quality” source.

Bearings, complete with plumber block, sleeves and seals are either from FAG, SKF, TIMKEN or similar – we have OEM supply agreement with major bearing manufacturer.

Emergency stop, on one side till belt width of 1000mm and on both sides from BW of 1200mm, by galvanized wire or equivalent, 2mm dia, springs, push buttons

STIEBEL gear motors (direct flange type – German made)
STIEBEL did develop special gear motors for quarry application conveyor belts. These units are equipped with Thermistor and is in tropical Execution IP 65 ISO F. 400/690 V 50 cycles. The drive motor will be of European brand.

Tensioning units. Conveyor will be executed with belt tensioning unit with trapezoidal threat rods. Conveyors with axle distance of 50 meter and more are equipped with gravity take up units (tension stations).

Transfer stations, Stone ladder, chute work. All needed transfer stations (with impact bars or additional roller stations), chute work for offered conveying system are included.
